A licensed agent since 1985, Carole maintains the home office in Grass Valley, CA. Her main focus is assisting clients who have Medicare Supplements and Long Term Care insurance with questions regarding claims and benefits. She also takes care of the accounting and computer inputting for the San Jose office.

In her free time, Carole enjoys traveling with her husband, John, reading, gardening and spending time with their 2 daughters.
